EGO-X exhaust system 3,5" Mercedes C43 AMG 390PS

This EGO-X exhaust system for the Mercedes-Benz C43 AMG 390PS with OPF is handmade in the TIG welding process. The tube diameter is 3.5 inches (89mm) and finally delivers the sound that the C43 definitely needs to be able to wear the addition AMG.

This version is exclusively suitable for vehicles with standard exhaust system without valve control from the factory.

Not suitable for vehicles with AMG Performance exhaust system (with damper control ex works)

We deliberately adopted the OEM pre-muffler for 2 reasons:

1.It allows them a simpler assembly by means of plug connection and a clamp without additional welding work

2.Our tests in development have shown that the body of the OEM middle silencer contains no insulation, a replacement tube has not brought any change in the sound image and only the transmission of the sound image into the interior is negatively changed without this pre-silencer.

ATTENTION: not suitable for vehicles with Performance (AMG) exhaust system

With ECE licence*:

*Valid only for the following selection in the field "Selection of operating mode": Bull-X Tronic control unit (With ECE licence)

This flap exhaust system has an ECE(ECE) approval, so it can be moved on the road without registration in your vehicle documents.

Attention: The exhaust systems with ECE are not affected by the "flap ban" and may continue to be used completely legally in road traffic.

During the ride, you can decide whether you want to drive in comfort or sport mode. If your vehicle is equipped with a driving profile selector, it can be controlled via this.

For vehicles without driving profile selection, this can be controlled via a supplied pushbutton. The pushbutton indicates whether the door is currently open (light off) or closed (light on) with its LED illumination.

The control unit automatically closes the flap in all areas required for ECE regulation, regardless of which mode you are driving in.

In general, the Bull-X Tronic offers two control options:

- Sport (Dynamic, Race): In the approved scope of the ECE regulation, the flap is always open. When stationary, the flap is always closed.

- Comfort mode: the flap is always closed, but opens within the approved scope of the ECE regulation during driving from 75% of the throttle position open.

If the vehicle is equipped with a driving profile selector (sport button), it can also be controlled via this.

For vehicles without driving profile selection, this can be controlled via a supplied pushbutton.

The pushbutton indicates whether the door is currently open (light off) or closed (light on) with its LED illumination.

If you have purchased the Bull-X Tronic control unit, it is still possible to open the flap when stationary, but the control unit regulates the exhaust flap in driving mode according to ECE guidelines.

In general, the Bull-X Tronic offers two control options:

- Sport mode (Dynamic, Race)

- Comfort mode (flap opens from 75% throttle position)

The variant "without ECE licence" is not permitted for use on public roads - use only for racing purposes!

Attention! The exhaust system offered is not permitted in the area of the road traffic registration regulations! With the ECE Bull-X Tronic control system and the EC catalytic converter, you can legally move on public roads with your vehicle. The use of all other controls and/or catalysts is intended for racing purposes only. If, despite our warning, you install an exhaust system WITHOUT ECE approval, you will be liable for criminal charges. Imminent consequences may include: expiration of the operating license, decommissioning of the vehicle, reporting for tax evasion, as well as possible investigations by the environmental authority.
