Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler for Ford F-150 Raptor Gen 2 – 108% more volume & lower back pressure
Experience the next level of performance in your Ford F-150 Raptor! With the Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit, you can unleash the brute power of your Ford F-150 Raptor 3.5l EcoBoost. This innovative upgrade is the ideal solution for optimizing cooling, minimizing back pressure, and achieving an impressive increase in performance. Push the limits and experience the performance your Raptor deserves.
Why our Competition Intercooler is the best choice for your Raptor:
- Massive performance increase thanks to 108% more charge air volume: With stepped mesh dimensions of 500 mm x 388 mm x 125 mm and an impressive total volume of 19.9 liters, this intercooler offers a sensational 62% larger flow area and a massive 108% more charge air volume compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance, even during extreme off-road driving.
- Optimal airflow & low back pressure: At the heart of the system is our high-quality competition high-performance mesh, which ensures outstanding cooling performance with very low back pressure. This is crucial for improving the boost pressure stability and responsiveness of your engine. The cast aluminum end cases, optimized in the CAD system using CFD simulations, maximize internal airflow and efficiency. The lightweight design, weighing only 13.2 kg, does not add unnecessary load and ensures improved driving dynamics.
- Complete kit for easy installation: Installation is straightforward thanks to the original mounting points. The kit also includes mounting hardware to relocate the standard oil cooler and adapt the original fan frame. This ensures seamless integration and easy installation. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling performance, even under demanding conditions.
