Wagner Tuning Intercooler for Audi A4 B8.5 & A5 B8.5 (TFSI) – 158% more volume & plug-and-play
Immerse yourself in a world of performance enhancement! With the Wagner Tuning Competition high-performance intercooler, you can take the performance of your Audi A4 B8.5 and A5 B8.5 TFSI to a whole new level. This innovative upgrade is the ideal solution for dramatically improving cooling performance, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive increase in performance. Experience the power your Audi deserves.
Why our Competition intercooler is the best choice for your Audi:
- Massive performance increase thanks to 158% more volume: With impressive mesh dimensions of 610 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm and a total volume of 17.446 liters, this intercooler offers a sensational 178% larger flow area and a massive 158% more charge air volume compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance.
- Optimal airflow & minimal back pressure: At the heart of the system is our high-quality Competition high-performance mesh, which ensures outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The cast aluminum end boxes, optimized in the CAD system using CFD simulations, maximize internal airflow. The flow-optimized design not only improves cooling, but also the responsiveness of your engine.
- Plug-and-play installation & highest quality: Thanks to the detailed installation instructions, assembly is a straightforward plug-and-play replacement that requires no complex modifications. Weighing only 9.1 kg, the cooler is lightweight yet extremely robust and has been tested for pressure stability up to 6 bar. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling performance.
